Ok, the literal definition of Divination is "Any action that attempts to get information from the divine using tools".
Divination can include many things. This doesn't include demons though. There are so many methods of Divination. I have only included a couple that I am familiar with and think are quite easy to do.

To me, Runes is one of the easiest ways to do this. Runes are a set of 23 stones. Well, runes can be pretty much anything, sticks, stone, or just drawn on cards.
Runes started with the germanic people in western Europe. The rues them selfs are just the symbols. People inscribed the runes onto tools or weapons .

Crystallomancy is more than just staring into a crystal ball. This has been used in many different types of religions throughout history. Gypseys were the most known for crystal readings. It can also be any transparent surface that can produce a reflection. This can correspond with hydromancy.
